That almost our entire menu is gluten-free? That’s right! At Blue Coast we don’t want allergies to get in the way of our customers enjoying a meal, so we give the extra effort to make sure everything (with the exception of the non-corn tortillas: chipotle, spinach, flour, wheat, and the baja fish) from the meats to the freebies are GLUTEN FREE! If you have an acute allergy, please note that the corn tortillas and the chips are made in a facility that also processes wheat.
